We fully understand that these are trying times for everyone but the low standard of customer service displayed by TPG with zero phone communication, long internet chat ques and problems not being addressed is getting to the point of pure frustration.

 

Just take a look at their facebook community to get an idea of how many people are not getting the service they have paid for.

 

I personally am a new customer and feel guilty for not doing more research into the poor customer service practices TPG engages in.

 

Again, we understand it is a troubling time at the moment and calls are flooding in but there are more than enough customer service staff that recently lost their job, that need work, that TPG could employ to get the issues sorted and the que times down.
