Toys”R” us, please give me my refund for the returned bike!

I ordered a bike from Toys”R” us online store on 5/11/15 for my son using gift cards our friends gave us.

Box for the bike arrived in the mail with a big hole on it because they did not put it in a shipping box and the scratches on the bike was visible.

I called the store, received a return label and returned it right away.

I received an email confirmation from the Toys”R” us that they have received my return on Jun 1, 2015.

But today, I still don’t have a refund from  Toys”R” us.  I have called 6-7 times already spending hours of my valuable time asking them for a refund and came to a conclusion that I will never get my refund.

I have talked to Cortney, Rebecca, Jonathan, Ashley and few other people in their customer service dept who I didn’t get the names of and it seems  no one cares to help me with this issue.  It’s been over a month and after so much frustration of not getting anyone to help, I had no choice but to create this petition.

Also, Toys”R” us sends me this email asking me to rate my experience contacting their customer service but when I click on it to complain,  I get this response every time I get this email:

“We're sorry
We're sorry, but your survey invitation has expired.”

I am hoping this petition will help to get their attention that they cannot keeping denying me of my refund and finally get my refund so that I can buy my son a bike for his birthday which was 2 months ago.
