This area is a beautiful place. We don’t need nor want any turbines here. We will not reap any benefits from this other than the eyesore it will produce.

I used to live on the western-facing slope of Evitts Mountain just North of The Narrows in Bedford PA. The negative economic impact and environmental degredation of constructing and erecting wind turbines across the Dunning and Evitt's ridges FAR outweigh any energy production benefit to the surrounding communities. This approval of this project will have long-lasting, deeply regrettable consequences. https://www.instituteforenergyresearch.org/renewable/wind/big-winds-dirty-little-secret-rare-earth-minerals.

I do not believe in destroying or hurting any more mountain ground. I am certain this will disrupt the lives of many species of wildlife among other things

It would be a travesty to ruin the beautiful landscape of nature with wind turbines!! Just look at the amazing pictures of the ridge and sky that would be destroyed by the turbines!!

I work in the power industry. I am not a fan of windmills. They do not produce enough mega watts compared to power plants. I do not like seeing our forrests and habitats destroyed for so little mega watts.

Wind turbines are short sighted and not in the best long term interest for the people of Bedford County. By preserving the landscape you support local tourism. People visit to enjoy the scenery in and around Bedford. Wind turbines will never generate as much revenue for the town and the local population as tourism. This is not an opinion, but rather a quantifiable fact. Keep the mountain, forget the turbines - it's better, smarter, and easier.
