Kevin Lucas has been making knee jerk decisions for the Town of Vermilion for a couple years. Most recently to apply the REP program at its skating/curling facility. He is not elected. The elected council should be making these decisions. The town of Vermilion tax payers will not pay a ‘Vaccine checker’ to be stationed at the arena. Surrounding community’s are not, nor shall Vermilion. Residents elected a council to represent its tax payers - that is whom should be making these decisions. Kevin Lucas is not fit for duty in the Town of Vermilion and should resign or step down into a lesser role.
