Troutman has always been the small hometown that people love! Parades, football games, sports and local food. Lately the small town feel is starting to fade as the larger cities and companies begin to slow take over.

We already have a mega distribution center built off Old Murdock Road, that is bringing hundreds of jobs to the area. An apartment complex being built (w/o a proper traffic solution) off Ostwalt Amity Road, that is set to be completed in 2022. More business set to be built near Lowes and now the city wants to build another mega distribution center. Why?

Jobs? There are PLENTY of companies hiring, so this isn't a good reason to build. This WILL change Troutman NC forever. Not only will it take land from long time locals and new residents, but it WILL push your property taxes through the roof. It will cause other taxes to increase in order to prepare the roads for the influx of traffic in the area. 

It's time for the locals of Troutman (and everyone else) to take a stand. Speak up against this mega center.
