We oppose the enactment of a local law to amend the Town Code of the Town of Rush to add a new Chapter 104 with respect to trees, as we believe this proposed law infringes on our property rights as homeowners, establishes a Committee that is restrictive in its membership, overlaps other Boards and Laws already available to the Town of Rush, has the potential to possess broad unchecked power, and is not in the best interest of the citizens of Rush.  Please sign the petition.
