Ludlow has a lot of kids riding bmx. the past few weeks there has been a few incidents. but to “solve” the incident, the town of Ludlow decided to make kids wear helmets. if they don’t and are under the age of 16, their. bike will be taken away. To prevent the incidents from happening and keep riders out of trouble, there should be a skate park. All sports team have fields and plays to play, but for people who ride bmx, they have nothing to do because the cops are always getting called on them.
