On November 9th at 7:35pm at Irondequoit Town Hall, there will be a public hearing held to discuss the town board’s proposal to Opt-Out of allowing businesses that sell cannabis, including for on-site consumption of cannabis products. Meaning that within the town of Irondequoit, there will be Ban on any recreational Marijuana businesses/any businesses that allow the consumption of Marijuana on their property. This Petition is to challenge that proposal. If this petition is successful, this decision will no longer be up to the board, and will be put to a public vote.
