This petition is opposing the subdivision plans for County Road 46 and Smith Road in the town of Hopewell. Currently there are plans in front of the planning board to allowing development of agriculture land and subdivide into 13 building lots and 1 field for agriculture. The town of Hopewell has always prided its self on being a pro- agriculture community let’s make sure we keep it that way! In addition, the proposed building lots would take away from the historic Morgan Sammuels. Let’s band together and ensure the zoning doesn’t change!
