The Town of Carstairs has changed the zoning of the land south of Carstairs from residential to commercial and have approved an auto wrecker to be built. This is going to affect everyone in the town and devalue ALL our property. This will be the FIRST thing everyone and anyone will see entering the town of Carstairs from the south. Apparently this request was posted somewhere but no one seems to have seen it, for such a big change to our community you would think the Town of Carstairs could deliver notices to each household.
