We at AAA Self Storage are applying to have the property at 7563 NC HIGHWAY 68 N in Stokesdale Rezoned from AG to HB in order to build a modern and attractive single level self storage facility. Recognizing the current and projected growth of Stokesdale and its surrounding areas, our goal is to meet the storage needs of new and current residents and business owners. We are veterans of the self storage industry, and pride ourselves as a family business that has spanned three decades. Our facilities are state-of-the-art, secure, and accented by beautifully landscaped buffer zones. We comply with any and all DOT requirements for traffic flow into all of our projects, with this site being no exception. We are not required, however, by the DOT to engage in a traffic study as the nature of self- storage facilities are very low traffic businesses. With the eminent development of businesses along Highway 68, this particular project would be the most neighborhood-friendly, as it provides 24/7 security, light traffic both day and night, low noise and minimal light pollution. AAA Self Storage would be a welcome asset to the community.
