Scammers record fraudulent documents like fake deeds or record fake liens against property owners.

Fraud on real property may not be discovered for years.  There is a service that immediately notifies you whenever a document with your names is recorded in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The town has to pay an initial fee, of $3300.00 plus a small monthly fee of $50.00.

In order to get this added to Easton’s budget (not necessarily approved) we need to show an interest, so Christine Halloran can show the Board of Finance a legitimate interest from the town to get it approved.

Simply sign the petition or email or call Christine Halloran.

If Christine can provide documentation of interest, it would be helpful in her presentation to the Board of Finance to legitimize the interest from the town in the added service even though an expense.
