We the undersigned are calling on the developers of the Quay House scheme to halt all applications, and for the council to reject any current planning applications based on the following:

There has been little to no consultation or engagement with the local community, even though their publications make commitments to do so. 
There is little to no local benefits of such a massive scheme which would cause misery to the local community. 

There needs to be a full explanation of why we need a 40 storey hotel in a little island whose infrastructure is already at capacity e.g. the island's endemic low water pressure. Why isn't any part of this development allocated for housing, which Tower Hamlets as a whole is in short supply. 

Rockwell has tried to slip this under the radar of the local community, without giving any thought to mitigations that will be needed to remedy the deep intrusion into the local community. 

We therefore call on the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to reject this development.
