Get Road Signage For "The Original Ettamogah Pub Albury"
0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!
The Original Ettamogah Pub Albury recently got declined for road signage from the Destination NSW Government State Road Network.
After 3 months of requesting we have been told we do not meet the criteria for signposting as a major tourist attraction in both Architecture/Engineering Structures and Galleries categories as we are foremost a 'Pub'. While the unique structure of the building and it's interior were considered, it was still found to be insufficient for signposting.
This comes as a shock as we are an Australian icon and most certainly a tourist attraction, and many travellers have missed coming to visit us due to the fact we have insufficient signposting, and recognition of us as a tourist attraction would be beneficial to the towns of Albury/Wodonga as it could bring a lot more business from people coming to see us.
We are asking for your support in continuing to push for signposting as a tourist attraction and we ask that you please take the time to sign this petition so that we can get the recognition we deserve.
