Chaim Walder, a popular author of Jewish story books, was revealed to be a serial rapist and sexual predator. Some have come to his defense and have been attempting to whitewash his terrible actions, and by doing so, are encouraging a rape culture in the Jewish community by bullying victims of abuse into suffering in silence. In order to make us feel comfortable in our childhood home, with the knowledge that safety for children and women is taken seriously, we request that Chaim Walder’s books be promptly disposed of in the recycling bin.
