Recently, the campus was closed, and all the face-to-face classes have moved to online. Consequently, all the amenities that were provided on campus (wifi, printer, computers, energy, etc.) are no longer available, while our fees have remained the same. Additionally, most of the students feel they have been negatively impacted by the online services.

Most of international students work in the hospitality, retail, or tourism industries. Therefore, they have lost their jobs or have had their shifts reduce, which causes a dramatical financial effect.

While students are required to proof enough found to pay their studies, this unprecedented time has changed the whole situation. International students have no salary and may not have any financial support from their families due to the worldwide situation.

International students are asking to be compensated by TUA by having a 30% reduction of their T1 fees:
- refunded or give in form of bonuses for next trimester
- refunded for international who are graduating this trimester
