Dear Bennington Heights Community,

I am working on an initiative with the Toronto Real Estate Board that affects homeowners in Bennington Heights. As you know, our team does a lot of work in the community. 

We have run into an issue recently where the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) has changed the MLS district for Bennington Heights to now be included as part of Leaside (MLS District C11). 

Historically, Bennington Heights was always included in MLS District C09 (Rosedale-Moore Park), which is more in line with the pricing of those neighbourhoods and their high-value properties.  

While we respect TRREB's Rules and Policies, keeping Bennington Heights in C11 does not allow Realtors or homeowners to maximize exposure of the property to the correct target market. 

As residents of Bennington Heights, I think it's really important that we petition the real estate board. I ask for your support today to let TRREB know that we would like Bennington Heights to be re-districted to C09.
