Our neighbourhood is one of the most ‘development ready’ areas left in the core of Toronto. This puts our vibrant community at risk of letting developers and political reps with too little to offer make decisions that will forever affect those of us who want positive change. We all have to come together to protect and nurture this great community and all the stakeholders who live and work in it. Developers never have these ideas in mind and any time they say they are, it is a strategy to sell a product. We are the only ones who can speak for us so we must!

Because I live there and it's a green space that the community needs and uses and respects, and more housing that people can actually afford is REQUIRED !! Why are we still talking about it make it happen .

School board properties which are sold should be handled so that the community benefits - not to create another overpriced condo development!

I am signing in agreement with the needs of the community, and the TDSB have an obligation to address community needs!!! I always thought schools/property was purchased with public funds/taxes don't see how the TDSB have carte blanche to do this! The school was built in the first place because of the needs of the community now it needs to be developed to again address the needs of the community!

I want Bloor to move to a new school with renovations because I'm dying at school because of the cold.

This is what every development in Toronto should have! Preserving community assets and ensuring the inclusion of public input needs to be a priority. A vibrant community hub at Bloor Dufferin would not only serve those living in the immediate area, but everyone moving through the transportation hub at Dufferin Station.
