Everyone should be paid a living wage. Didn't have this problem when I worked, we had active unionisation.

I support all emploers who choose to pay a living wage. Whether or not the Mail does, however, ensuring their contractor abides by the employees right to bargain collectively over their pay and conditions is a basic expectation.

Cleaning is a very physical job! I think it deserves full pay! Especially equal to a sales “girl on the floor “ who is just tidying rails! I do not want to talk about experienced staff! But definitely cleaners are worth their weight in gold! Customers won’t shop in a dirty environment! ACT NOW PAY THEM WHAT THEY ARE DUE!!

£7.20 is not a wage that is sufficient. I believe Philip Green should insure those that work for,or in, Topshop receive the ‘real’ living wage.

Everyone working for an organisation contributes to its success an should be valued. Where would they be without cleaners?
