Garbage Pail Kids started in 1985 and included one stick of chewing gum in every card pack. They stopped production in 1988, But continued in 2003 with more gum but after a couple years they removed all the gum. It has been about 15 years since Topps has included gum.  I think in 2021 Topps should put in a piece of Gum/Candy in there new series coming out.
