Tell us exactly what your packaging is made of so we know if we can recycle it

Help us to stop the 8 million tons of plastic waste that ends up in the world's oceans every year by helping us to recycle it.
It is difficult to recycle packaging if you don't know what it is made of. This is particularly true for plastics and laminated materials.
The current use of "Not Yet Recycled" or even "Widely Recycled" on-pack recycling labels (or OPRLs) are not helpful when local authorities do not all collect the same materials and the labels are based on what the majority collect, or do not collect.
Before you reprint the packaging for each of your products, please add some detail around the packaging materials. Specifically the Recycling Codes (the triangle and number) also known as the resin identification codes (RIC) and codes defined by the European Commission.
It would be an easy step for you to take while you investigate how to reduce the amount of packaging you use.
If you do that, we the people who sign this petition, promise to recycle all the packaging we are able to where ever we are (whether this is at home, work or on holiday (we will research the recycling facilities available to us)).
