Because it is unfair the way he was treated considering the context. There should be a public apology issued to reinstate his reputation as a honesty business man and quell public perception of him being a criminal. This is ridiculous and an example of how black people continue to get sabotaged and experience ongoing injustice. NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!!✊
