C. J. FORD JR. FILES AN "AMICUS CURIEA" APPLICATION TO ADVISE COURT OF CLAIR INVESTIGATION !!

C. J. Ford
Anaheim, CA, United States

May 10, 2016 — Campaign to Exonerate Kenneth Clair Supporters. Yesterday we took another bold step into our goal to have Mr. Kenneth Clair exonerated. I have officially filed a AMICUS CURIEA application to be reviewed by Judge Thomas Goethal’s which is set to be heard Friday morning.

Here is the definition of what I filed. Merriam-Webster Dictionary Defines AMICUS CURIEA:

one (as a professional person or organization) that is not a party to a particular litigation but that is permitted by the court to advise it in respect to some matter of law that directly affects the case in question.

I believe that my qualifications as an expert in this case, qualifies me to have my application approved, and to be able to submit my brief to this court.

I have spent almost a decade investigating this case, and my investigation has turned a factual material in which the court should be concerned about regarding criminal prosecutorial misconduct, as well as ineffective assistance of counsel.

My brief, if approved by the court, will demonstrate the miscarriage of law, fourteenth amendment issues, and should be able to factually present a prospective to the court to justify the immediate need to exonerate Kenneth Clair, because Mr. Clair incarceration at this time, because of factual findings, is unjust.

I will update every one on the results of this filing.
Also, results of my investigative work on the Clair Case has been referenced and commented on by Justices not only in the U. S. Ninth Circuit Court, but the U. S. Supreme Court in matters in Clair related hearings. I believe that Judge Goethal’s should grant this application so that he will have more insight prospective into the investigative side of this case, and also because it is the right thing to do.

As I have always told you, the supporters of Kenneth Clair and a petition, that we are in this together. If we can overcome this hurdle with a victory, I will be able to submit a factual brief for the court to review, and maybe there may be an outside chance, though slim, that Judge Goethal’s will be able to review this case and exonerate Kenneth Clair.
