Kyle Rittenhouse was 17 when he crossed state lines with an illegally owned fire arm (Class A misdemeanor) and shot and killed two people in Kenosha, WI. “He had some ties to Kenosha, despite living in a different state: His father lived in the city and Mr. Rittenhouse had worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha County.” (“https://www.nytimes.com/article/kyle-rittenhouse-trial.html Which means he crossed state lines from Antioch, Illinois to Kenosha, Wisconsin to commit the crime first-degree intentional homicide (Wisconsin’s equivalent of first-degree murder) The gun he used (military-style semiautomatic rifle) was purchased for him which the person who bought it for him would be guilty of a felony. To add to this, the trial set multiple people off on how unfair it was for him to pick his our jury from a tumble basket while not another person has gotten this type of treatment in the justice system. Usually, the lawyers pick the jury never the defendant (Kyle) so in what way does this make it plausible for the trial. So, all i am asking for is a retrial of Kyle Rittenhouse and make it by the book in the justice system so all we ask because we all saw that he commit intentional murder, not self defense.
