I do not disagree with the 21 years of age law for tobacco users, but i feel as though you have taken my rights that I had. I was 18 before this law was set in place and disnt not get a say in this. I am sending this petition in regards to those rights you have taken. I feel as though a Grandfather Clause should have been put in place for those who respectfully already has this right. 

As you are the governor I must reach out to you if I feel as though something is unfair or unconstitutional to the people, and this is something i feel as though is unfair to those that right was taken from. You have made many great choices for this state and I hope you continue to make more, but not adding a grandfather clause is the only thing i have not agreed with that you have done. I see it as fit and reasonable because the grandfather clause would fall under and be applied here as well as other circumstances.
