Toilet access while potty training

Toilet access while potty training
If you have a medical problem that allows you access to a toilet regardless of where you are weather this is during a pandemic or not then I do believe toddlers who are at the potty training stage should be aloud the same access as someone who is pregnant or someone with a medical problem. I know, a lot of people would argue back with “you can buy a travel potty” but why should toddlers have to pee out in public on this “travel potty?” Why should they have to sit in the boot of a car to use to toilet? Where does dignity come into this? You wouldn’t expect an old lady to use a potty or to pee in the back of a boot?
my daughter has been refused to use a toilet while out shopping because of “covid” or because of their “insurance policy”. A toddler does not have a full control of their bladder weather that is to pass urine or to have a bowel movement.
I believe no child between the age of 2-4years old should be refused access to a toilet, especially during the potty training stage. I think something needs to be put in place so toddlers should be aloud to use the toilet anywhere.
