Release Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever outside of Asia

In Japan, there is a superhero movie about to release, titled Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever. It will be a crossover of the lead heroes from every season of the TV series called Kamen Rider since the turn of the millennium. A lot of people who have enjoyed these series will be seeing this movie. Or at least, in Japan.

In western countries, Kamen Rider has never really had much success, despite (or sometimes because of) its sibling show, Super Sentai, having a long-established and well-known American counterpart, Power Rangers. Kamen Rider has had attempts made to bring it to the west, being 2 series used as stock footage for american shows, an english dub of the Sega CD version of the movie Kamen Rider ZO, and a western release of Kamen Rider: The First, however all of these have failed. The most recent of these is the second American TV show, Kamen Rider Dragon Knight. Almost all of this show broadcast during 2009, and it's been nearly 9 years since the show finished, and thus, 9 years since western fans have been able to show support for the franchise. In that time superhero movies have had a resurgence in popularity, and Power Rangers had a movie reboot, leading to a lot of people researching the franchise and discovering Super Sentai, and by extension, Kamen Rider.

What this petition is aiming to achieve is to get Heisei Generations Forever released in countries outside of asia. I don't know, if this petition were to be successful, what sort of release this would be, whether it be Japanese audio with English subtitles, or an English dub, maybe shown in cinemas for a short time, or released on Netflix, but there is one thing I want for sure, and that is for fans to have a chance to support the official release of a show they love.
