Larry Huffman Should Be the Announcer at the May 6th Las Vegas Supercross!
This petition had 37 supporters
Larry Huffman, known as the “Voice of Supercross” from the very beginning of the sport, announced the first real Supercross race, the Superbowl of Motocross, July 8, 1972, at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Mike Goodwin, the promoter of that first event and creator of the sport of Supercross has called Larry the most exciting commentator the sport has ever known. Larry brought his unique, electrifying announcing style to Mike Goodwin’s early Supercross races and the first Supercross TV programs produced by John Bradley Entertainment for ESPN as well as countless other nationally syndicated U.S. and international broadcasts in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Huffman, a member of the AMA Hall of Fame, is recognized by all Supercross and motocross aficionados around the world.
We strongly believe Larry Huffman would amp up the excitement level at the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Finals at Sam Boyd Stadium, Las Vegas, May 6th, 2017 and be a great addition to this important event.
