We, the undersigned, demand that the dining rooms of all ten locations of Raising Canes in Nebraska be reopened immediately.

  -Whereas the State of Nebraska began phase two recovery on June 1st, which allowed restaurants to reopen their dining rooms at fifty percent capacity.

  -Whereas on June 22nd of this year, the State of Nebraska began phase three of recovery.  This allowed dining rooms to return to full capacity with limitations set to a maximum of eight persons per party.  Other limitations included the continuation of no self-serve buffet, or salad bars.

  -Whereas on September 21 of this year, the State of Nebraska began phase four recovery which removes all restrictions thus allowing business operations to return to normal.

Your dining rooms have been capable of being reopen for four months now.  Raising Canes is the only restaurant chain that is still acting like we are in Phase One of recovery.  There is no logical reason why your dining rooms should remain closed to the public.  Please reopen.  Thank you.
