I am a teacher who identify as a genderfluid person and use ' They/ Them' pronouns who is a victim of a hate crime and being stalked and threatened harm. It started not too long ago when I attended a church and met this older man who was in his fifties. I was gaslighted by this man who became my religious mentor. He would always try to get me to deny that I was trans and to abandon my fiance who is an openly out trans woman, who I love dearly and would give the world to. He made me to believe that I had to start dressing more female and start a a group to help LGBT people change there ways in place for God's will. I personally felt uncomfortable. He later confesses his love for me in a long letter and I politely told him I was not interested and wanted him to give me space...he began to text messages on Facebook and on my timeline obsessively even texted my partner that he would have men hold  havher  her down and watch me forcibly raped in front of her. It then became an issue when he sent a photo to my partner of me standing at University/ Park boulevard at Hillcrest San Diego bus stop saying that he was 'watching me every night when I get home' and that ' I'm going to follow her home'. It was more alarming when it showed my partner on the street not realizing she was being photograph. Threatening and sexualized text came and he had even took photos from my Facebook and Instagram to put on dating sites and I would get messages from older men to send shots of my privates. My friends became frightened for me when he would message them showing photos of me at places and looking for me at the actual Aids Walk of 2019 where I was sitting at the event with my fiance. H It became life threatening when he  lifwas myin the edark at night where I was waiting at the bus stop near Hillcrest...he yelled out my dead name and my home address and falsely accuse me of being a prostitute and to come and have sex with me...then followed me when I ran scared and to a bus and told the driver to locked the door because I was being stalked and I narrowly escaped.  All this happened in a spand of two straight months and recently this has come up again recently. All because I needed  space, because I was transgender and I later found out he had a fetish for Asians like myself. I have tried to ask law enforcement to help but they wouldn't do anything because he could not be served because he has no address record. Tried to talk to a police deputy only to be told they are too busy or my situation has to wait. When showing evidence of the harrasment they said ' it looks like freedom of speech'. My own safety as an American citizen being ignored by people who say they protect and serve has failed me. They wouldn't do anything until something happens to me....but what if...by that time it's too late. I'm asking for you to help me and stop this man and shed light to those in my situation and bring this man to justice. His name is Francisco Benitez also goes by ' Turtle, Ugly Frank, Jason Little Bear'. Has been seen in Downtown San Diego and Balboa Park and Hillcrest in San Diego. Please he is dangerous. Please if this reaches Todd Gloria...please as a member of the LGBT community...fight for me and those who are under persecution of those who are being a target by those who hate because they don't understand or fear what they don't know. We deserve to love who we love and be who we are...you came to office for a time such as this, don't let my light burn out too soon.
