My 3 year old daughter and 4 year old son have been in foster care since june 24th,2021 

Yet they have been taken out of my home 3 times in 8 months with zero PROOF.  Never failed a drug test I do have a medical Marijuana card but other than that I don't even drink. In may 2021 in court we reached a settlement returning my children home for the second time. They were home for 43 days and not a single visit from anyone. On June 24th 2021 I was contacted by jso officers with claims I was planning on leaving the state with the kids . In court I had evidence of food clothing income and they had nothing but a supervisors testimony who had never met me . First time seeing her was in court . My children have been traumatized and were fine before January 2021 but definitely have been emotionally abused and neglected by the Florida department of children and Families investigators.  

I find it extremely messed up that the department can use a preponderance of evidence (defined as more likely than not) or clear and convincing evidence (defined as probaly certain) but us citizens have PROOF 100% FACTS and the judge still finds my children dependent.  Its disgusting.  

I've worked the same job 5 years lived in the same residence for 2. After the kids were removed I lost my job lost my home due to these accusations with no Facts and no proof of what they are saying the judge wouldn't even read the police reports that totally contradict the department's reports. 

These children being tormented and emotionally scarred need good citizens and public officials to save them because my son doesn't even smile the same .

Here it is October 2021, mY next court date is February 2022!!  Still no drugs proved adequate income proved residence. This will be our first holidays separated out of pure spite even from the judge once he heard I was filing an appeal. I just want them home and have numerous videos of them begging me to bring them home.
