The Cheese makers, Restuarant chains, and food industry in US and Western world market and sell cheese as vegetarian / dairy product but most of them are not using plant and microbial enzymes to make cheese rather they use Animal Enzymes/Rennet Enzymes which comes from Stomach/Intestines of animals (killed) to make cheese and then mislead people by selling it as a Vegetarian product when in reality it is an Animal product hence, we are requesting cheese makers/ buyers to use plant based /microbial (healthy bacteria) based enzymes to make their cheese.

 If they cannot do this, then should label /call their cheese as an animal product and stop misleading people. 

If we can make this happen it will lead provide health benefits with vegetarian food choice, save animals, reduce methane atmospheric pollution from animal farms and help save the world and its inhabitants for generations to come.
