To the Press Corps: Boycott White House Press Briefings until Trump Restores Full Access

The New York Times, CNN and Politico were prohibited from attending a briefing with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on February 24, 2017. Spicer excluded them in favor of news organizations which have reported favorably on the Administration, a chilling change to Presidential press protocol. Freedom of the Press is a Constitutional right. Americans consider the restriction of any news organization from traditional White House meetings and briefings an abuse of tradition and power by the President of the United States. We call on all American and International News Organizations to boycott White House press briefings until full access is restored for these news organizations.
