To resolve some of Australia's Water Problems where we have below good quality water, fish dying, high saline content and when resolved grow produce for Australian and Overseas Countries by Legislating to do it.

We therefore ask the House to:
1) To purchase all of the land that is above the Menindee Lakes on the River Darling system in New South Wales and Queensland, by using money from Australia's Overseas Foreign Aid Budget and declare it as Conservation Park's and use whatever methods that are available to return it to its original state that it was prior to it being used to grow Agricultural Crops.

2) Give the Murray Darling Basin Authority full control of the water under the Water Act 2007 within the Murray Darling Basin Plan with no interference from any Governments, Federal and State.

3) To construct a Pipeline to carry water from the Ord River in Western Australia to the Rivers Murray, Darling and Murrumbidgee to allow the quality of water to improve and allow water to be used by Australian's anywhere off that pipeline to grow and produce products for consumption by Australian's and for exporting to Overseas Countries.
