MPs' state-funded, second homes should be subject to the same 'bedroom tax' as those on benefits. In times of austerity the country needs a government who does not just take from the poor with one hand and give to the rich with the other. These houses are paid for with state benefits and they should be subject to the same legislation. MPs should justify unnecessary rooms in these homes just as they expect the public to do so.
