Elizabeth Rosario started this petition to To the American public

Families are in grief over a poor decision of one person with drug addiction. By signing this petition the person who murdered three people due to his drug addiction . We want this petition to reach as many as possible and have this person put away and serve the time that he needs to.

This was not his first offense He destroyed families and the courts want to set him free because of his addiction. Letting him go give him this opportunity to do what he did again or even worse. These families have no peace That's the one thing they should have at least since they no longer have their loved ones. By putting this person away will force him to get the help he needs and realize the true damage that he is done and hopefully start to lead a better life by his mistakes.

He took three innocent lives a father and son and a gas attendant that woke up expecting a good day returning to their families and that was changed drastically by somebody who took something and now is trying to get out of  his initial actions.

We need to set this example so that others that do the same damages this person did will not be set free They will do the time that they should be doing and by doing that hopefully get the help that they need So this doesn't have to happen again.

Somewhere in our system is not right this family is fighting for his freedom when these families will never see their loved ones again and the fact that the court is entertaining that they want to set him free is absurd.

These families will never see their loved ones again. This person will see their family again It may not be where they want to see him but they will be able to see him He denied these families that privilege.
