- I am Raghunandan Singh, a senior citizen of 74 yrs age who had an alloted house in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
- On 26th April 2022 during evening hours, Shivnandan and his 12-14 gang members had attacked me, my wife (age 72 yrs), son (age 40 yrs), sister-in-law (age 70 yrs) and at our home in Bhilai to illegally occupy it.
- We were seriously hurt during the attack.
- My sister-in-law got a life threatening injury on her head by a heavy and sharp weapon.
- My son was attacked multiple times with his throat being choked in an attempt to kill him.
- My wife is not able to walk properly since then.
- 3 no. Police vehicles had arrived at the time of crime but no police staff came inside the house. Shivnandan sent them away from outside itself and continued the attack on us.
- Shri Vijay Baghel, Lok Sabha MP from Durg, Chhattisgarh is giving undue favor to criminal Shivnandan in Bhilai and forcing Police Dept. to not take any action against the culprits.
- A false FIR has been lodged against us due to political pressure.
- Even our FIR was registered with diluted charges against the gang that too without my signatures.
- No action has been taken against the culprits till date.
