Hello fellow neighbors, 

As our area continuous to grow and become more trafficked it is becoming harder and harder to exit through the underground parking from La Jolla Excellence.

It is estimated that on average, more than 30,000 people commute through Boulevard Popotla on a daily basis.  Not only is it difficult to turn in to the parking; it's also almost impossible to get out of it crossing both lanes.  Recently, one of our beloved neighbors was almost hit by a speeding commuter who did not realize she was crossing the street.  

The safety and well being of our friends, family members and neighbors is at the top of our list and would like to do something to avoid any potential tragedies or unfortunate accidents at all costs.  

In order to do so, we would kindly appreciate your help and support to request a "Stop" sign on both sides, one going North and another going South of Popotla Blvd in front of the exit of Tower 1 underground parking.
