20 year old Oscar went missing from doncaster in 2020 when he got into a delivery van. His heartbroken mum Deborah Spencer spent the year searching for him and thought her dreams had come true when she spotted him on a liverpool rescue page.  Oscar had been handed in to Liverpool cat welfare rescue in November. Deborah emailed them straight away and phoned them, but all her attempts at contacting them were ignored. Deborah even had the proof to prove she had loved Oscar for 20 years. However LCw went ahead and adopted him out to strangers knowing Deborah had already appealed to them. All Deborah wants is to spend the last months or whatever time Oscar has left with him but LCw are ignoring her pleas. Please sign and share this petition to show this is totaly morally unecceptable.
