I'm in the process of petitioning for my husband to come to America. In the beginning, I filed for a Spousal Visa on 4/28/21. This part of the process goes to USCIS and took approximately 10.5 months to process. After waiting for more than 10 months, I applied for the K3 visa which was denied and approved my I-130 petition. Afterwards, our case has been moved to NVC and now we are stuck in limbo with other petitioners that have been waiting for 2-3years for an interview. I have tried reaching out to the Department of State in Washington and was told that nothing can be done to help speed up this process so we can reunite with our loved ones. Our government needs to help US citizens because there is no just for us.
