The Met Gala each year costs over $3.5 million, can you imagine what that money could be put towards. As many people know it’s also an event with a theme where celebrities showcase their fashion.
Next year we want the theme to be saving the planet where celebrities can only wear clothes made out of sustainable materials. Then all money raised can go towards helping climate change (which yes is very real and needs to be done).
This idea came about on Twitter by @emilyvmua and petition made by @Macy_Dxx
