Sebastian vettel got disqualified from the hungarian grand prix from p2 after the fia refuesed to inspect his car with 300 ml of fuel yes there was a breach of regs so did the williams car did it and they got away with it and due to red flag condition and keeping the engine one all the cars and due to banning of refueling all the cars were runjing on low fuel and many cars got shut down at end of the race so on this basis fia has the overrule its decision to disqualify seb and give him back his p2.
