In 2004 my brother Joseph Horton was giving a life sentence for murder. At his trial there was DNA under the victim fingernail that wasn’t tested. In 2014 that DNA was tested and it came back not Joseph and other items that was tested.My brother DNA was no where in that house. He had drops of blood on him because he found the victim. I’m asking if people could sign the petition to have this case reopen so that a innocent man can go free because no one deserves to be locked up if there innocent FREE THE WRONGFULLY CONVICTED Thank you
