This petition is for the injustice placed upon Michael W Lodge Senior, who was wrongfully convicted of 1st murder in 1996, of his girlfriend. In which the unequivocally did not commit and in his defense, Mr. Lodge, posit exculpatory evidence and empirical data. Mr. LODGE implores all signatories to this petition to log onto: https://www.facebook.com/mwlodge for an in-depth as to how the Boston police department and Suffolk County District Attorneys Office methodically and underhandedly procured the wrongful convictions against Mr. Lodge.

Hence, it will become axiomatic that Mr. Lodge did not commit the murder and must be granted a new trial. The thrust of Mr. Lodge Senior petition is also the public to see and acknowledge the bias and systemic racism that permeates black and brown people in the criminal justice system. In which Mr. LODGE has endured for 27 years and 10 months and to create a record for the world (social media) to keep our lens on corruption, prejudice, racism that must be under the transparency and surveillance toward decimating the injustice in Massachusetts judicial system.
