I am asking all who have signed and all who are going to sign by Wednesday July 14th if you could write and fax a letter or an affidavit the the magistrates and the judge resigning over them. Regarding court cases 21T301105, 21T301106, 21T301107, 21T301108 and 21T301110. Court date July 20, 2021.

In the letter or affidavit please state that Tater the pig should be reunited with his human family. And explain why, your experience with having a pig as a domestic pet and or emotional support animal/service animal. Explain there temperament and emotional bringing. You can basically put what ever you want that will help support my claim as to why Tater should be reunited with me and my family. You could also put in how being separated from us is harmful, unlawful, the City kidnapped and holding hostage. That the City should change the ordnance and zoning to allow Tater to remain in the city.

Tater is my son's emotional support animal and he has become my emotional support as well. Since he was taken, our whole lives have severely detrimentally affected. My son cannot sleep and he is so scared that the police will come back that he has had to leave the house. I can't function anymore.  He pulls me out of dark moods and makes me laugh. The city has sent me 2 thousand dollars in tickets. They have kidnapped Tater from my house and are holding him hostage and treated me like I was part of a drug cortel. I am usually a wall flower and stay by the sidelines and obay the laws down to a tee. Now I am questioning everything I know. 

JUN 26, 2021 — Animal control, the City attorney, the City manager, the City head detective and a bunch of officers and other people where at my house at 9 am with a warrant to remove tater. They would not take his food or any of his supplies or supplements. When I went to drop his food off I was told to leave before I got arrested. 

I am requesting the city ordnance to be changed to allow owner ship of mini pigs in the city. As the ordnance states now (Ord. No. 06-17, pt. I, 7-11-2017)
6.04.040 - Keeping of domestic animals.
 No person shall keep or house any animals within the city except dogs, cats or birds, commonly classified as pets. See chapter 6.08 for rabbits and poultry.(Ord. No. 06-17, pt. VII, 7-11-2017)Chapter 6.08 - RABBITS AND POULTRY 6.08.010 - Keeping without permission. No rabbits or poultry shall be kept within the corporate limits of the city except by permission of the city.
