I have an incredible story to be told on film. And my story is just one of thousands of stories.  I am starting this Change.org petition to get a cop fired.  This cop needs to be sent to prison for what she did! However, that never happens.   What I can do is file a Complaint with the Santa Ana Police Department.  SAPD's Internal Investigations will then be forced to do an Investigation.   If my allegations against Sergeant Maria Lopez are found to be true then SAPD will have no choice but to fire Lopez.  And that's why I created this Change.org petition to get as much support as possible from others who have also suffered from our Law and Order "system"

I did 7 horrific years in many of California's very worst prisons because of SAPD officer Maria Lopez.  Please help me get this monster of a human FIRED!!!  By law I am not allowed to sue her.  My only legal recourse for pain and suffering is to have Lopez fired.  

I am accusing Sergeant Maria Lopez of purposely sending an innocent man to prison.  She sent someone to prison to literally get rid of them.  Lopez was a Santa Ana "beat cop" for a large area of homeless.  The innocent man was homeless in Santa Ana, but he was also a Homeless Activist and filmmaker and was driving Officer Lopez crazy with anger for more than a year. 

I was that person. I drove officer Lopez crazy.  And not just her, but many others.  But with Lopez there was a true hatred we formed against each other.  I lived as a homeless person and was almost daily in contact with Lopez.  

I literally drove Lopez insane in about a years time.  She wanted to send me to prison to punish me for making her job so hard.  And she was willing to create all the paperwork legally necessary to have me arrested for crimes I did not commit.  All of this is explained below in the UPDATES section below.  

I can prove on film exactly what Lopez did and how Lopez got away with it.
