The impact of constant tethering or chaining or connected to a run line has a detrimental impact on a dogs mental and physical well-being. In addition to their suffering, unsupervised tethering/chaining is very dangerous, leading to accidental choking and hanging. 

Furthermore tethering/chaining can lead to aggressive behavior which in turn can be dangerous for our community.

We need your help in advocating to the Thomas County government that constant tethering and chaining of dogs should be banned in Thomas County Georgia.
