The Commissioners Meeting is currently held twice a month at two o'clock pm when several residents (parents, workers, employees) are still working and can not get a favorable time to attend meetings. 

A petition will be submitted to the Commissioners to shed light on the current time that is in place to show how it impedes each month with the working schedules of their residents. 

CONFLICT: At two o clock, many workers are still at work and can not express their grievances. Stay-at-home mothers and mothers with children in school can not attend due to the responsibilities of ensuring their children are taken care of. There is little age diversity to invite in a younger audience who at this hour is most likely to be working. 

CALL TO ACTION:

The signing of the petition to push pressure on Commissioners to change the meeting time for the public.

RESULT: 

Commissioners will be better able to understand their residents. Concerned residents will be able to attend meetings to express concerns of the people to who they are governed.
