The Timarron HOA plans to pass regulations to RESTRICT charging your E-Vehicle to ONLY inside your garage.  This means you will not be able to charge your vehicle on your property inside a courtyard or driveway or you will be in violation of the HOA rules.   Please note, this is NOT a City of Southlake mandate but a Timarron HOA restriction which potentially will be placed on the New Construction & Modification Committee agenda.  Per the City of Southlake Ordinance, owners ARE allowed to charge outside anywhere on their property through any electrical outlet.  Please SIGN this petition to make your voice heard and be proactive to avert an HOA overreach. There are "Right to Charge" laws in several other states preventing such HOA restrictions. Clean energy electric vehicles are the future!
