Governor Walz does not, nor does anyone else, have a right to demand we comply with a vaccination mandate in our workplace. We are not a private business. We are tax-payer funded and we will not stand with Governor Walz overstepping his dictatorial powers. There is no vaccine mandate for the flu shot or any other vaccines, and this should not stand either.

This is in clear violation of our 4th and 10th amendment rights, as well as a violation of our HIPAA rights. We demand this mandate in our facility to be terminated immediately. Ignoring this petition will result in a class action lawsuit against the State of Minnesota and further legal action.
